Patch Testing

If you are booked in for any form of tinting (brows or lashes), lash lift or brow lamination please ensure that you have been patch tested for the treatment 48 hours prior. This is an absolute must when booking and your treatment will not go ahead without it. If you arrive at your appointment without having been for a patch test you will be refused treatments and cancellation charges will apply. You do not need to a book in for a patch test you can just  turn up for one. Feel free to call us to check before hand that someone is in to do it. 

Lateness

We work back to back most days therefore we simply cannot run behind as it is unfair on the next client, therefore your treatment time will be cut short cancelled. We allow up to 15 minutes of lateness per booking as a grace period. Anything more than 15 minutes will unfortunately mean your appointment will be cancelled and last minute cancellation fees will be applied meaning you will have to pay the full remaining balance of your treatment. This is put in place to ensure we can carry out treatments to the best of our ability without rushing/running behind and disturbing other clients treatment times/schedules. For shorter appointments such as lip/chin/eyebrow waxes the grace period is a shorter time of 5 minutes as we only book out 15 minutes for these treatments. We ask clients to aim to be five minutes early, we have a relaxing waiting area where you can relax and have drink or refreshments and fill in any consultation forms necessary.

 

Deposits

 Please note that deposits are completely NON REFUNDABLE and we do not refund deposits under any circumstances. If we request a deposit for your appointment and you do not/have not paid your deposit within 24 hours of making the appointment you will lose your slot. To transfer your deposit to another date, 48 hours notice must be given - anything less than 48 hours will result in losing your deposit.

No Shows

If you no show an appointment (do not turn up without notice) you will be asked to pay the full remaining balance of your treatment before being able to book again and be asked to pay for future bookings upfront. Failure to pay cancellation fees will result in being blacklisted from the salon and being unable to book in with any of our therapists again. Our booking system sends out appointment texts and reminders to help ensure this does not happen.

Important Information

Please note our therapists will not accept any form of abuse/offensive language in the salon. If you are rude or aggressive towards any member of staff you will be refused treatment/asked to leave and will be banned from the salon. All treatments must be paid for before leaving the salon. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances therefore it is important that you ensure you are happy with your treatment before leaving the salon. We do not have a large amount of places for people to wait therefore please attend your appointments alone if you can. We do not carry out treatments on anyone under 16.
